I called in the evening outside of business hours due to an unexpected leak, and was very quickly contacted the next morning to get an appointment scheduled to replace our garbage disposal. We received great communication throughout the process, and our technician Travis was very polite and professional and got our new disposal installed quickly.

Toilet installation was quick and without problems. Travis described the process and detailed any potential future issues.

Travis was super helpful and informative. He not only repaired my kitchen faucet but noticed a cracks in the piping and replaced that as well at not additional charge. He also did a free inspection of other sinks, toilets and water heater. I highly recommend Dannika. They are very thorough and reliable! When Travis says you might want to think about replacing those 35 year old shutoff valves on your toilet water line you should listen to him. We chose not to do the replacements and are now, a year later, having to fix a flooded bathroom because one of the lines burst open! Travis and Nick arrived quickly and got everything fixed for us. Travis from Danika has been to my house twice now and does a great job....fixed my plumbing problems, and found other looming problems that he then addressed for me. He was courteous and respectful of my house, and prices were competitive and reasonable. The tasks were not easy....crawling into our very tight crawl space to replace leaking sections of a kitchen waste disposal pipe and then clearing its remaining clogs, plus repairing several leaking faucets. I had a fantastic experience with Danika Plumbing last Tuesday. I called at 6:30am because I found some water in my basement and suspected a leak. Within the hour, Kaitlyn texted me with available appointment times and scheduled me between 10-1. She continued responding to my texts with helpful information while I was stressing out about the situation, which I really appreciated.

At 9am I received a message that the technician, Mike, was on his way, much earlier than expected! Within 5 minutes of looking around, Mike discovered the issue, a leak in my old copper cold water supply line that had developed pitting. He was very straightforward and wrote up a couple of estimates, explaining that while a repair was possible, he recommended replacing the copper with PEX. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly so I felt comfortable making the decision to move forward.

Mike and his helper Nick did an excellent job. Mike communicated with me through every step of the process, showed me the old piping after it was removed, and even replaced a few shark bite fittings he noticed at no extra cost. As an unexpected bonus, he also pointed out that I have mice, something I wouldn’t have known otherwise!

I can’t say enough about how stressed I was at the beginning of this, but Mike and Nick made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. From Kaitlyn’s prompt communication to the excellent work done in my home, the whole experience was outstanding. I will absolutely be referring Danika Plumbing to everyone I know. I am incredibly grateful for Travis’s help and professionalism. Before he came out, I had already hired two other drain companies to investigate the issue. Both told me it was a pipe blockage, and one of them even proposed a very expensive repair plan that completely missed the real problem.

Travis took the time to carefully investigate and correctly identified the real cause — a stuck ejector pump. On the first day, when there wasn’t enough cleared space for him to access the pump, he was very understanding and willing to wait and reschedule for the next day so the tenant could move things and allow proper access. We had a great experience with Danika Plumbing. Our external sewer line got plugged and we had Danika come out to scope the line and remove the blockage. We then had them replace the sewer pipe that was compromise with a sewer pipe. They did an outstanding job and were great to work with on this project.

I had to replace a water heater that was on the fritz. Danika Plumbing was on time and their service highly professional. I so appreciated that they were able to replace the old unit with a new one on the day of the service call. Mike and Nick were great and inspired my trust.

I have an off brand "smart toilet" with bidet that has been acting up, not completing a flush cycle. I reached out to Danika Plumbing after finding them when searching for smart toilet service. They had a technician (Bass) in the neighborhood and he came by same afternoon. After fiddling with the valves for a couple of minutes, it started working. Apparently, if the water volume is insufficient it will not complete a flush cycle. He said sometimes the sensor gets blocked and can cause this behavior. Anyway, after spending 10 minutes, working, he left and didn't charge me. I will definitely use Danika plumbing for ANY plumbing jobs I have in the future!

Was very fast scheduling this service. The plumber was Bass (nickname) and he was very efficient and seemed familiar with all aspects of this project. He was very honest and friendly too. Travis (my hero), was here within a couple of hours of to diagnose and fix the issue. What really impresses me though is the thorough inspection of my system to make sure we found the cause and didn't just bandaid a symptom.

The first time Travis at Danika saved my butt (pun intended) was Feb 2025. The bathroom in my 1950 home was having clogging/backflow issues.

Travis arrived early, had all the PPE to keep my house clean, and was really nice to my dogs.

Right off the bat, Travis' communication style lowered my stress level. He explained before, during, and after, what he was doing, why, and the risks if it wasn't done. He answered all of my questions (even the repeats), and never made me feel stupid for asking.

He fixed the clogs, but more importantly, did such a thorough job, also found 4 leaks in the process, saving me thousands of dollars in damage/repair costs.

I will never use another plumber.

I worked with Travis Harling today, and he was super helpful! He found ways to help me save on the repair I needed, and also took a few minutes to repair a problem with my toilette for free. I really appreciated his help today.

I had Danika do the plumbing for a kitchen I was getting done at my property. While the scope was straightforward and involved setting up a line for a sink and dishwasher, I met several contractors and vendors who tried to over-complicate the scope and inflate the estimates. Enter, Travis Harling from Danika. Contrary to my previous experience, he called out things as they were and gave me a reasonable quote and turnaround time. Thereafter, the contracting and actual execution process was super smooth leading to quality work.

Last week, my tenant flagged a leak leading to a flooding in the bathroom. I immediately called Travis for advice. His response was prompt (within 12 hours) followed by prompt inspection scheduling by Danika's admin staff (within the next 2-3 hours).

As expected, Travis gave me clear and detailed advice in terms of the situation covering cause of the flooding, extent of damage, mitigation, high level cost, effort and time estimates, etc.

He clearly called out what he could do and what should be done by other experts. He suggested a trustworthy mitigation agency to engage for damage assessment and further remedial action. Not just that, when that agency gave me a visit date that was after 2 days, he used his connections to get their GM to drop by within the next 2 hours (and schedule work the next day).

All the information Travis shared aligned with the GMs and in turn, helped me take an informed and timely decision on next steps.

FYI: Travis did this as a free consultation and when his part (fixing the actual leak) was almost negligible in comparison to the overall scope of work. That according to me is customer trust building 101.

I'm hoping this remedial project gets completed smoothly and with top quality. If it does, it will earn Travis a place in my "personal Hall of Fame" and aggressive publicity within my network.

P.S. The mitigation agency did the demo and assessed the cause of the leak. No surprises for guessing that it turned out to be exactly what Travis had predicted (without touching a thing in the bathroom).

Needed two gas water heaters replaced due to age. I compared Plumbing Co’s. Read a huge number of positive Danika reviews so we called them. Bass came next day and showed us how both tanks were leaking (rust was visible). He also used a pressure gage and showed us that city water pressure is a bit high in our area and we need a Pressure Control Valve PCV on the input water line. The high pressure likely contributed to the tank failure. (I have verified that building codes now require a PCV.) Bass recommended new high quality tanks from a Supply Shop. I have verified that most product manufacturers (for many various products) make an inferior product with the same name for Big Box Stores at a lower price. That’s OK if you can tolerate lower quality, shorter product life and a shorter warranty period. Bass and Nick installed two new high quality Water Heaters with 10 yr warranty the next day. Bass and Nick are amazing people. They are smart, very knowledgable, highly capable, hard working and efficient. And they have a clear understanding of the value of a good customer relationship. We are absolutely delighted with our Danika experience and would request these people by name if we have any future plumbing issues. Many thanks to Danika.

Travis came to my home to fix a dripping bathtub faucet. From the time I answered the door I was impressed by his demeanor. Asked me questions and and checked the problem and wrote a quote while explaining what he would need to do. Was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and provided me with information while he worked. (I appreciated that he continued his work while he talked, and furthermore his conversation was very informative).

After getting over the sticker shock while researching plumbers for this job, the price seemed reasonable . The company kept me informed and followed through as promised. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

We have been getting quotes to fix a shower drain that is leaking to the floor below. Dylan from Danika looked at the situation. Instead of telling us we should cut open the ceiling downstairs to fix the leak, he suggested us to try sealing the loose joint around the drain to see if that will solve the problem. He also gave us a very competitive quote in case we do need to go through the ceiling downstairs. All free of charge. Dylan was pleasant and very helpful. I am glad we contacted them. I will engage Danika for any future plumbing issues.

We had our house repiped and various fixtures installed. I am very happy with the final result. I want to give a special mention to Aaron, the service manager. He is a person of his word. He worked diligently to make sure that everything turned out exactly like he promised in our first meeting when I hired the company. I'm not going to go into all the details, but I will say that it is so nice to work with an individual who it's so customer-centered! They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly right!

I rarely write reviews, but Travis from Danika Plumbing was exceptional. I had a tricky remodel in my condo (originally built in the '70s), and once the walls came down, it was clear there were serious code issues hiding behind them.

Travis handled everything with professionalism and creativity. He rerouted pipes to fit a new vanity, fixed a leak that had been going on for years, and helped flag some larger issues for our HOA. He even stuck to the original quote, despite the surprises.

I've had the pleasure of working with Danika Plumbing for the past year, and Wednesday May 7th was another example of their great work. My disposal was making a grinding noise that morning. We got several quotes for a tankless water heater install and Danika was the lowest by a wide margin. I figured that once they did the job the price would go up.

I wanted a specific tankless feature and they made sure they got me a tankless that had everything I wanted.

They spent a good chunk of the day on the install and when I got the bill at the end the price was exactly what they had quoted me more than a month before. Couldn’t be happier as the install looks and works great.

Travis and Leif are the best. They came to check on a sump pump, showed me how it works and why it’s acting up. I want to commend Travis for a job very well done. I had a water leak that needed to be repaired. I got Danika's info from Thumbtack. They were very prompt in replying to my request; came out the next day. Travis was just wonderful. He gave me the best case and worst-case scenarios and though I was upset with the worst-case scenario, he was very professional to explain everything to me. He called the utilties to get someone to come out and survey if there were any underground utilities that needed to be considered when digging out to repair the leak. When that was all done, Danika was able to get Travis out the next business day to repair the leak. Travis was very professional and filled me in on all the steps he was going to take and when completed, walked me through the repair.

I am very impressed with Travis and Danika Plumbing. I've referred them to my condo HOA board in the event another owner needs any plumbing repairs.

Travis is incredibly! He came on time and explain what the work scope will be and what the possible extra expenses will be. He did the work very fast in a professional way. He noticed the sink drain is very slow and teach me how to avoid and how to clean the clog by my own. He even cleaned the clog for me for free!

I hired Travis through Danika to repipe my home. It was a big job. He did a great job replacing the original galvanized pipe with pex. Then, I hired him a second time to replace my water heater and faucets. Travis knows what he's doing and treated my home like it was his own.
